 We offer a Public Health national certification in Food Safety and Facilities
Management classes. The course is comprised of 10 chapters focusing on food safety, time
and temperature, types of bacteria, viruses, blood pathogens, management skills, policy and
procedures, and more!
We provide both online and in-person options. The format of each class is listed on
the course page, allowing you to choose what fits your schedule and learning style best.
The classes follow a set schedule with live instructor-led sessions, while others are
self-paced and can be completed by you when it’s convenient for your study time prior to the
scheduled exam date.
 Most of our introductory and intermediate-level classes don’t require prior
experience. However, more advanced courses may have prerequisites. Check the individual

and a laptop. We also provide downloadable resources and study materials
where applicable.
