Updated with the 2022 FDA Food Code changes, the ServSafe Manager Online Course is ideal for individuals who wish to prepare to take the ServSafe Manager Exam.

 This interactive course has been designed using the latest techniques in learning theory, to deliver current food safety information, in a fun and easy-to-use format. The course covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. A practice exam is included at the end of the course to help prepare for the proctored ServSafe Manager Exam.

 All purchases of the ServSafe Manager Online Course are final. Once you begin the review of the course, you will have 30 days to complete it, at which time the course will be deactivated.

 Failed exams: If you do not pass your exam, you may schedule another exam following our Retesting policy. You must purchase another exam access code for $41.99 payable to the instructor.

 Retesting policy: Our retesting policy states an examinee may take the exam the first two times within a 30-day period, if necessary. If three or more attempts are required, the examinee must wait at least 60 days from their last attempt. No more than four attempts are allowed in a 12-month period.

 Important note: If you do not show for your scheduled exam session or need to reschedule your exam less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will have to pay a fee of $25.00 plus the exam voucher $41.99 before you can reschedule.

 EXAM RULES:

 The ServSafe Manager Exam is available in English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese, only in US locations and online with the Instructor/Proctor.

 Purchase of the Exam Access Code also includes exam administration, processing and a ServSafe certificate upon successful completion of the exam the same day.

 Students will need to agree to and abide by policies, which may include face masks, vaccination status, biometric check-ins, and more. Not agreeing to the policies does not entitle a purchaser to a refund. Note: this is only applies to in-person exams.
